Patricia Nebbeling is an oil painter and former instructor at the Ridgewood Art Institute in Ridgewood, NJ, USA. She is a signature Member of the Oil Painters of America and the Hudson Valley Art Association. She is an elected member of the American Artist Professional League and the Salmagundi Club of New York City.
She was born in the UK and returned this past year. She currently lives in London .
